Paint suggestions please!

My 83 sc is currently undergoing a widebody conversion and it's time to pick a paint color. I'm running fikse FM 10s with black inserts and polished lip. The car has a black interior. I have always been partial to silver but am entertaining other ideas ( not black) . If anyone has any pics or suggestions it would be greatly appreciated.

Scott

Yeah Gulf blue would look good. I'm partial to orange as well, orange with black interior and accents. Nice ......

I think SCs and Carreras look best in metallic colors. Does it have to be a Porsche color? If not I'd look at the painter's color books and pick something that you really like. There are a thousand shades of silver, for instance.

This has become one of my current favourites, and nobody seems to be copying it.

Mexico or Riviera Blue looks fantastic on an SC, and don't forget Alertblau if you like darker blues!

I'm not backdating bumper or rockers so I think the script wouldn't look period correct...just my 0.2
