Seat Belt Removal Help

I am redoing the interior in a 88 930. Unbolted the seat belt bolts and the rear panel that hides the retractor and the belt threads through a slot in this panel. What is the proper process to take apart the belt itself so that it can be pulled through the slot in the panel (also needs to thread through the upper bracket slot also. Any help is appreciated.

You need to unbolt the shoulder mount on the B pillar and at the floor of the car as well. Then feed the belt through the upholstered panel from the outside to the inside toward where the inertia reel is. The plastic sleeve on the upholstered panel will push out and has a slot cut in it so the belt can come out.

Hope this makes sense.
