Are any Pelicans meeting at the Crab Cake Shack again this year Saturday at 1200 noon?

That's the plan. Unobtanium has a thread in the parts classifieds.

Meeting Pelican members at the swap meet.......
I like to meet more Pelicans in person at the swap meet this coming Saturday. This is what I like to propose: Stick a name tag on your shirt showing your screen name (PP). Duct tape or masking tape should work if you don't have the sticky name tag.
Example: Boyt911SC (Tony) I have known many Pelican members through the forum but have not met them except for a few ones. Actually have a list of names of people I'm meeting for the first time and have their cell phone numbers with me. I might be standing beside him when I try to call his phone. How about noon by the crab cake stand. Thanks. Tony |

I think some of us have PP Tee shirts. We can pull them on over our jackets and as Tony proposed slap our screen name on them. Warren

By the way, does anyone know what was being asked for the extremely clean purple '72 911T in the corral?

Very nice pics Mr B! It's like bringing Hershey to our living room without being there!

Thanks for the pics..... Very nice. I couldn't make it this year. I use to work the event when it was at the ski lodge years ago.

Trissl Sports Cars, from Florence, AL, was offering that 911T. I can't find the gentleman's business card right now, but google them to find their website. No affiliation, my impression from brief discussion was positive one.

Thanks, guys. I'm no buyer (too rich for my blood) but was curious. It was the last really nice car left by the time I showed up.
