Site is registered to W.R. Krieger of Carrera Classics in San Francisco; says they specialize in '69 - '73 911's (also 356's to 993's, and other select fast cars).

Dont know if its the same dude but there was a Carrera Classics that gave nothing but trouble to several of the 356 Registry members.

In the early and mid 90s there was a Wayne Krieger operating in the South Bay area, (first in Morgan Hill then later in Salinas, I think)..
He was a total BS artist, bought old rusted 356 hulks from all over the US & Canada, then welded up "lookers" , to sell to naive buyers at the height of the bubble. Had a rotiesserie for every model
This sounds like the guy, he had a barn full of old 356 & 911 parts, etc...
Caveat Emptor, y'all.....
