Heat Exchanger crossover pipe 3.2

I've looked high and low but cannot find replacement tube for my deteriorated heat proof rubber tubing (Orange tubing) that connects the Exchanger (s) to the crossover pipe. Its about 68mm in diameter or about 2 and 5/8 and not more than 3 inches in length.

Any leads would be greatly appreciated. I need the left and right

This does exist in our host's catalog, but it's hard to find:

However, I ordered a different alternative for this same purpose:

They are longer, more heavy-duty, and hold their connections better.

I ordered these clamps to go with them:

If you're not concerned about concours-correct, I think it's the way to go.
