More webber tuning questions

I just rebuilt my webers and am now setting them up.

I'm measuring the accelerator pump volume. I find that on the same carb I'm getting widely different measure in each throat.

I know how to adjust the pump using the pushrod. That change affects all throats. How do I adjust the amount of fuel delivered to each throat?

get yourself some jet drills and find one that just fits the nozzle, and run it thru all of them. then blow them out with air. sometimes the old, cupped diaphram puts out more volume than the new, flat one.

Problem solved.

From John's tip I figured the nozzles might have some bugger in them left over from the solvent bath when I did the rebuild. I was hopetimistic that just driving a bit would clean them out as fuel pumped through them.

Sure enough that worked, and in short order. All are now pumping the same and properly adjusted.

Thanks for the ground work Chuck. I'll hopefully be doing a quasi rebuild this weekend including the addition of 55 idlers. I've put new accelerator pump diaphrams in, and have acquired a carb balancer. I really want to eliminate a flat spot I have just off idle.
