My P-Car Lives!!!!!

Well, got the transmission mated to the engine. Got the whole assembly back into the car. Removed the fuel pump fuse, cranked the engine a few times, replaced the fuse. Engine cranked 5 times and she fired right up.

The fix on the transmission works well and it is butter smooth. The clutch works awesome even though it seems there is little throw on the clutch pedal (guess I am/got used to my tank Jeep's clutch).

I am one happy camper right about now. She is running really good from the short ride I took in her.

This is me right about now.

On another note, thanks Kevin for the grease. I am returning it tomorrow. Thanks scotricker for the suggestion on the removal of the big oil line. And thank Pelican for all my multiple orders and getting me my parts quick.

Before the boss on the bell housing went, that was a drive I had done many a time. It is really nice, it used to be fun on my motorcycle too. Oh well, I guess I will never see that road on a motorcycle again (wife says I cant have another one...).
