Sorry, I couldn't help myself.....;)
"Spal" fans are typically only found in the 996 or 997 911 series, generally for providing condensor/radiator cooling airflow when not "at speed".

Is that boot on the CV punctured?

You could pull the bolts individually and clean them up and the bolt hole and re install them with schnorr (sp?) or Nordlock washers.

If the boot is ripped you may need to do a little more work.
