Need reference pics of CIS setup

Hey guys, I wonder if anyone has a couple of clear pics of the CIS/airbox setup as it sits atop the motor, as viewed from the sides and front (flywheel side) of the motor. There is a bolt hole on the #6 intake runner which I'm not sure of what goes onto it. Any help appreciated.
Thanks.

-Norm

Hi Norm, I take it is for your 78. See if these pics help, mine has a bracket for the air box if I remember.

Kind of hard to see hope this helps. I will not be back to my car for a few weeks so this is all I have.

Terry

Here is a photo of the #6 intake runner showing the bolt through the airbox support bracket.

And here is the same runner seen from below with the bracket and airbox visible.
CIS was off the motor in this photo, taken for my reference at reassembly

Thank you!

Bluewing // Kiwijohn:

Thank you, I am fighting my way through some CIS connections myself, and these pictures are helpful.

Thank you Terry. You helped me a great deal in solving this puzzle. I wish there were a smiley to indicate "THIS BOARD (and parts house) ROCKS!" for as many times that people on here say that. Hey Wayne! hint, hint.

Robey5...
As a nervous first timer, I took many photos of my CIS before dismantling
as a reference for assembly.
I still have them. PM me if you think they may help solve any dilemmas you may have.

Norm..
Don't mention it....Oh that's right , you didn't

Oh man, do I feel like a loser... so sorry Kiwi John, I scrolled through the pics too fast and it looked like they all came fromTerry so thank you as well sir. If it's any consolation, yours was actually the one that detailed the vacant bolt hole mystery for me. I loved how polite you were in pointing out the snubbing. Sincere thanks, again.

Norm.......
I'm glad you saw the .
That's how it was meant.
Please don't let yourself feel bad at my questionable attempt at humour.
Happy that the pics helped you.
