Cool Flea Market find

Walking through the vintage junk at the local flea market and run across this little item. Can't say I'd seen one before so I had to have it for $3. Even has Porsche 935 Turbo marked on it's bottom. After a bit of searching I found them online under the name DAVIESS COUNTY PORSCHE 935. Booze is long gone but I will just put it in the Garage with the rest of the toys

I love looking for toys when I'm following my wife through antique/junk/thrift stores. I found a Kremer 935 in like 1:18 scale last week. The guy had a very cool IMSA prepared Mustang, too, but I made a rule only to buy the Porsche stuff or it will get out of hand.

Same here. I only buy the Porsche stuff if it's around.

Very cool, I found a 928 phone at a flee market the other day and got it for 3$ as well. Every time I see stuff like this I usually convince my self to get it. I now have a giant collection of strange Porsche related items.

Regards
Dave

Here is one I got at an estate sale a couple weeks ago. I saw it in the listing on Craigslist and got there real early. I guess I was paranoid that there were going to be others going after my find.

I've got one of the 935 decanters here next to me. It's pretty dusty, some of the decals are staring to lift and the wing plane has come loose. But, it's still full!

Cheers,
Kurt O.

I've stopped myself more then a few times from buying the lone Fuch wheel I see and making it into more garage wall art. I'm pretty much out of wall space as it is.

They originally sold for $12 at Liquor Barn 30+ years ago. I've got the red one and the yellow Worthington one.

Had one of these red 935s full of bourbon for years. Finally popped the seal and drank it. There was also a 450SL version. Drank that, too. Hic.
