there's a kit out there that supplies a new shaft and fork with bronze bushings to be used in a stock, unmodified bellhousing. the reamer is discontinued as far as i know, so you would have to find a shop that has one if you go that route. the throwout bearing and the sleeve it rides on have also been updated.

JWW is correct. The cross shaft cutter kit from Porsche (P/N 000 721 929 20 I think) is NLA.
I was lucky enough to find a local dealer that has the cutter kit. Cost me $190 for them to cut the bellhousing for me- OUCH. But, at least that allowed me to use the OEM updated parts. Total cost for the new T/O bearing, sleeve, fork, shaft, bearings, and other misc. related stuff (plus the $190) came to around $450-$500 (off the top of my head). I did the labor. Didn't have any problems with mine. Just did it because I was replacing the clutch anyway. ------------------ Kevin 87 Carrera coupe |

try IMC (800.874.8925) for the kit. #950.116.710KIT. shaft and bushings, no mods req'd. they're a wholesale outfit, so you will have to get around that. WORLDPAC may also have it.
