Another Wiper Wiring Thread
I've searched a fair bit and have had limited luck.
I have what I believe is a later windscreen wiper motor in a '69 car. There are considerable wiring differences across the range od cars - particularly the early LWB cars. Has anyone added a later wiper motor with 5 wiring terminals into an earlier car car with only 4 wires (red/black and violet/black and yellow/blue)? I can get the three speeds to work, but cannot get it to park automatically. There must be a way to do this by either jumping some wires or adding a relay, but for the life of me I can get it to happen and am blowing fuses when I try ![]() Any advice or help is welcome!
