Weep from solid oil feed pipe

Hi, my 1982 SC has a slight weep from one of the solid brass oil feed pipes, south of the oil thermostat close to the rear jacking point - these pipes are expensive to replace, so my question is, can minor leaks be fixed/ patched on these pipes and if so, by what method?

They braze just fine. Remove the pipe, clean all the oil residue then locate the perforation using compressed air and a water bath. Then explore the extent of the perforation and drill/pick it back to solid metal. A small hole you can flow some silfos over. A larger hole will need a patch. Not sure if you call it silfos in the US, its a plumbing product used to join copper water pipes before plastic became popular. Get the expensive rod with the higher silver content, it flows better. You can try a cheap MAPP gas torch to make the repair but a oxy acetylene set is better as the brass conducts the heat very well and the MAPP torch might struggle to get enough heat into it fast enough.
