Steering wheel part number

My 73S came with a steering wheel part number 911 347 082 00 which the parts book shows to be a 400mm wheel with foamed rim. Can some one tell me what a 911 347 081 05 is? And would it make a suitable replacement? Thanks.

I have found some steering wheel part numbers that end in '05' and they are the projecting hub type. I've heard of that before but don't know what it means. Can some one help? Thanks.
