901-332-902-12 Stretch Bolt
I'm rebuilding a friend's 911 transmission. Normally stretch-bolts are not resusable -- specifically in this case I'm thinking of the 901-332-902-12 (10x75) stretch bolts that hold the output flanges on. The problem is that they appear to be NLA. What are other people doing???

didn't Grady say they only look like stretch bolts? or did he say they are...?
a search on simplified differential might be rewarding... |

John,
Yes, you can reuse them if not damaged. What year transmission? Does it have the dreaded ‘simplified’ differential and not up-dated? Best, Grady

Thanks guys. Yeah, I did a search on the simplified diff threads as well as searches on the PN's -- I couldn't find any definitive information. So I figured that I'd double-check since I could also remember something about reusing them. I've read and posted stuff on this bbs for so long I sometimes forget stuff that I knew, and imagine stuff that I never saw here. Age I guess...
