Early 911 dash clock disassembly

Does anybody know how to disassemble the dash clock as shown on the picture? The white housing will not come off.

Thanks!

You have to break the seal, the round plastic cover, to get at the nut inside it to unscrew it. That is a way of telling if someone opened up the clock. Why worry it dosn't work anyway.

Mine had plastic gears melted together from the overheating.

Good luck,
