Wiring harness hold down plastic cover

I'm re-doing the front compartment on a 71 911 and would like to replace the plastic covers to the wiring harness hold downs. The bendable metal clips that have the plastic or vinyl covers, need the vinyl cover. Does anyone know if these are available?

I have used heat shrink tubing. I did not shrink it however.
