Vacuum line question

I have done some searches and reading. I have a 77 911S with 3.0 motor, MSD 6AL, Webber Carbs, remote fuel pressure reg and guage. I had this car two years ago and had to sell it. I just purchased it back Sunday and it runs better than ever. A friend pointed out the VAC port on the fuel pressure block was off and so are the two on the dizzy. It runs and idles pretty good. Question is should I mess with these or leave them be. He says it is going to lean out on hard acceleration or high speed runs. I may be giving up HP and maybe fuel economy. Any ideas?
