Starting to get my garage in shape for the new arrival

I moved to TX a couple of months ago and even though I explained to the wife that the garage had a high priority, she had other plans. Our new house is about 2/3 the size of the old, but doesn't have a basement, meaning everything that didn't fit ended up in the garage.

I did manage to have the garage as a high priority in our new house, so it's three bays, 10 foot ceilings, and pull down stair attic storage which is a god send!

I cleared the wife's spot in the first bay and finally today cleared the second bay enough to get my new project safely inside (it should arrive later this week). It helped that we sent a box truck load of furniture, clothes, and dishes to goodwill last week. Here it is after the Goodwill pickup:

A days work of hauling car parts up to the attic and throwing away things I've probably moved several times and finally realized I don't need yielded this:

Believe it or not, on the other side of the blast cabinet and press I built this small workbench:

That transmission crate under the bench contains a TH400 for a 1965 Riviera GS that belongs to a friend in FL. I'm not sure how I ended up hauling it down here. Anyway, I'm ready for the new project and next weekend I'll tow the 84 911 over from the inlaws. Fun, fun!

I know man, but I do need a couple of "Porsche" graphics like the 74 IROC cars use on the front bumper and rear reflector panel.

I do not disbelieve in anything. I start from the premise that everything is true until proved false. Everything is possible.
