OK, its mid July. What is happening re PP Willow Springs track event?

Good question. I'd love to do a one-day event at the big track this month.

I'm also doing the NASA DE at Las Vegas on August 10-11. It's on the ALMS course, which means you get to drive partly on the big oval, and then the infield.

Anyone else interested in going?

Last I heard, Mike was not able to secure a date on the track. I think he put it on the back-burner.

Vegas is a long drive from San Jose. POC has an aug 17/18 event at small willow which I plan on doing. www.porscheclub.com

Unfortunately Willow Springs is booked up every Monday until late November. I would still like to do an event there but it may be awhile. Also, to be honest, this time of the year is kinda brutel at Willow Springs anyway. (HOT, Damn HOT)

If I could get Buttonwillow in the mean time, would people still be interested?

I'd prefer Buttonwillow. You might get a better showing of Nocal guys. There are a bunch of us up here.

Mike, Yea I am sorry I missed it. But it is just too hot out there this time of year. I'm waiting for the temps to come down. I have enough problems with concentrating on the proper lines without having to worry about heat exhaustion. Road One ran a good program and I am definately looking forward to doing another event, although I am planning on going the PCA route for my event. I was willing to make an exception to have a run with some of the PP guys. Perhaps something can be planned in December or just after the new year?
