Help! Anywone nows about upgrading the mirrors??

When I should fit in my new mirrors on my car I saw that the right mirror has to have some kind of plate who change the angle on the mirror.

The mirror that I got is from the 964 -92.

Whithout this plate I talking about the right mirror pointed in a lower direction than the left mirror.

On my original mirrors there are this kind of "plate" also.

Anywone who had done this and if this "plate" is a thing I can buy or must I made it my self??

Hope you understand what I talking about..

/J
