her: well, I'd rather just pay cash and not have debt but... (discussion of relative mortgage debt and what to pay when)

I believe that council has removed the TRO and has agreed to a settlement. Of course you know how lawyers can be :)

I'm already in a Toyota...that would be redundant. You are right though. Unfortunately here in CA even written contracts have little meaning. Everything ends up in court.

Hot Damn Nostatic! You go boy! And my experience with lawyers - they never give you a firm answer until after you commit. Just get one that's comfortable to sleep in!
