944 Turbo brakes on a '74 911?

So I have the big red brakes from a 944 Turbo on the front of my '74 911 (non-boosted brake system). I didn't install these brakes, I'm just living with them. Long story short, I need to replace the top inboard bleed nipple on the caliper. The current one is stripped. Is that a universal part, or do I need the specific bleed nipple for 944T brakes? I searched the parts catalog here and saw there is no caliper rebuild kit available for 944T brakes, so I am SOL there. I am hoping at least I can replace the stripped bleed nipple. Thanks for any help!

Well if you are having such trouble I will trade you for a stock set...

There shouldn't be anything special about the bleeder. You just need the right thread size, worst case you can just use a set of the speed bleeders.

I looked for 944T speed bleeders but didn't see any for sale here. Are the speed bleeders universal? Can I use the ones for the 911 calipers on the 944T?

Since the caliper is aluminum and the bleeder is steel Are you sure the bleeder is stripped and not the caliper? If it is the caliper you should be able to find a used one but be careful to match piston size as the 944T calipers were different front and rear but look the same.

944t didn't use Big Reds

but all of the Brembo calipers from that era whether 944, 928, 964 or 993 used the same 10x1.0 bleeders
bleeders
