Thanks ever so much to Mark Wilson & Nostatic, heres a short sound byte of a Dyno Pull 900 -6300 rpm

3.6, B&B headers, Fabiani/Flowmaster double twin muffler. Recorder was just a laptop sitting ~8 ft from the rear of the car. One of these days I've got to borrow the kids mini disk and do a good job of it.

Man, that thing sounds like a turbine. It is amazing.

I'm going for a drive! :D

I was curious too (my B-day is this month, on tight budget that'll be affordable ;) ) so I went to the flowmaster website. I'm guessing they are all using the 42583 since the flange on the cat isn't big enough to be a 3" pipe and the 42583 is a 2.5" in dual 2.5" out.
Here's the specs
Now all I've got to do is find a shop that can fit and weld it, and figure out what to do for a muffler strap.

Steve,
That looks like the one. I think Jack said Jegs.com is the place to order online. I had Pronto Muffler do the work here in Plano.

From www.jegs.com:

2 - Hooker Mandrel Bends (OD 2.5-inch, Radius 4-inch, Leg A 6 inch, Leg B 15 inch) (Jegs 520-32597) ($45 each) $90 (you could save money on this by going with aluminzed steel)

1 - Flowmaster Replacement Muffler (1982-85 Camaro, 2.5-inch in, dual 2.5-inch out) $73

From my local muffler shop:

2 - Stainless Steel Tips (JX-2) ($49 each) $98

Install (including straps, flange and J-pipe to exhaust) $125

I overpaid for the stainless tips, which aren't even necessary. But the ones I got from Jegs (at $32 each) were too long.

Jack,
That's about what they wanted for the stainless tips at Pronto. I wanted to make sure I liked the sound before investing. Thanks again.
