At 3 am this morning with help from fellow pelicanhead Richard LeSchander, 1/2 of the conversion is now complete.

Jim: (and to any other NoVa Pelican Heads) I will be working Sat & Sun on the preparation and modification items.

Hopefully, the 3.2 goes up on the 10th.

You all are welcome to come by anytime this weekend if you like, the garage light will be on for quite a while.
