5 Cylinder 911

Here's one more reason for a 5 cylinder 911…

A chaffed fuel injection cable. #6 cylinder to be specific. Wear is into both + and - wires with a single strand of one of the wires sticking out.




Injector wire terminals. (I removed the injector terminal to slip heat shrink over both wires... after insulating individual wires.)




Rerouted #6. Not sure the new zip-tie is positioned well --- might be a new chaff in the making! Will take a look at this in some months. (The belief is the cable chaffed on the air box above it... hence keeping cable from box. Look at photo above for the cable and box relationship.)




#6 plug under this condition.
