Vent windows
Just a quick question, are the vent windows on my 76 Targa supposed to open? It looks like they should but that the PO but a seal on top of them. I guess what I am trying to say is that the seal that is on them does not look like it belongs. Just curious if they are supposed to open.

yes the vent windows are supposed to open. I know that my vent windows do and I have a 76 targa.
