A little over $400 for six brand new Bosch injectors with coupon

Or get the "Black-Ops M series injectors" (Siemens/Lucas disc injectors..they are a notable design) for $325 with coupon.

FYI,

Injectors turned out to be pretty healthy. Still happy I had them re-sealed and cleaned.

Had mine cleaned on my 80k mile 3.6L. Unfortunately the shop lost the before/after results, but no difference that I could discern upon reinstallation. I run techron through about once per year.

Another 3.6 owner with <100k miles sent his off and they were wildly out of spec.

I would call it a "while you're in there" job.

Not sure if the 3.2 has head temp sensor, but that can alter the air:fuel mix quite a lot and foul your fuel mileage on the 3.6. Mine runs rich and I haven't yet tracked it down. Better than lean I suppose...

Sure does have a CHT sensor and I'm replacing it with a 2-wire as part of my rebuild.

I guess this is obvious (why make two castings) but I was for some reason surprised that each head has the threaded hole for the CHT. So you can run a 6-CHT setup if you wanna get wild. Or stupid.

Had my 88 911 engine with 180K miles out for G50 repair, and while it was out, send injecters to Witch Hunter to clean / test. Report showed only minor improvement after cleaning (best pulsed flow from 105.5 to 108.5 cc improvement) but worth the $138 for peace of mind and new o-rings, filters, and pintle caps. Took almost a month, so plan accordingly.
