Show your front spoilers

I just ordered some fiberglass bits for my '73 project. Front/Rear bumpers, hood and duck tail. I debated the front spoiler and ended up going with the regular old '73 RS.

Not a bad choice, but it's been done and done. Plus other spoilers are more effective on the track. I was thinking about a narrow RSR type. I will need front brake cooling scoops and will add them if I stay with the RS.

The stuff doesn't ship till next week, so I can still change my mind.

So show some pics. Let's see those spoilers.

Is this what you're thinking about? I really like the look but I have to be very careful with driveways etc. Since this picture was taken I've installed a Mocal cooler for my new 3.0 and I've hooked up the brake ducts.

That's the narrow RSR. It looks good with the bumper cars. I have a long hood car and I have seen a version of the RSR for it.

Here is what is on order:

Here is another I considered, basically the same but has brake ducts and built in splitter:

It looks great for the track, but might be a bit over the top on the street - and a curb scrapper. Looks like a snow plow.

I'm thinking I might put on the regular RS, add brake intakes, then add a bolt on splitter or extension for the track.

I'm going to put together one like Chris Streit's, but without the center cooler. I'm the only guy who feels this way, but I don't like the look of the center oil cooler box.

It can be unbolted for street use.

I'm in the market for another front bumper/spoiler myself. This one's OK for the track, but it's a little more dated than the rest of the car. Ideas welcome.

Thom,

What the heck are you smokin'? That bumper looks great. In fact your bumper helped convince me to change mine. What are you thinking of changing to?

Randy,

That looks like a regular RS with a splitter bolted underneath, yes?

Kinda hard to see what you've done in the oil cooler hole. I see the euro plate but looks like you have some type of frame in there too. I will not have a center mount cooler either.

Stunning paint btw.
