Pshop Roadtrip List Texas to Key West ?

In Sept/Oct I'm driving my 88 Carrera the 3000 mile return trip from San Antonio to Key West (via NOLA, Orlando, Miami etc) and back.
A list of good pshops along the route would be helpful to have on hand.
Any contribution of contact details regarding your favourite pshop along that southern states route would be highly appreciated.

FYI, I get all mine via the lists of approved inspection shops for DE events. I have long lists for NC/SC/VA/and some GA via Carolinas Region PCA. If I were you I'd troll Club Registration.net for various regions you'll pass through and see if they have nice shop lists. My lists show shop names, city's and phone numbers. Comforting to know when you drive all over like I do.
