Brake question
Driving today everything fine with brakes, firm pedal. Pulling to a stop light and as I started to brake the pedal got "soft" got to where I was going and held my foot on the break and it slowly bled down not all the way but down. When I started my drive home all was well, as if nothing happened. Checked M/C not even one drop low, looked at carpet no fluid and nothing on the floor board.
I have never changed brake lines and wonder if this could be the issue. Sorry for the long post Thanks Ernie 81 SC

This is not a long post. No need to be sorry.
You have a problem. The pedal should never go to the floor. My guess would be that the seals in your master cylinder are bad. Find the problem before driving again. If it happens in traffic - never mind the car, you may die. Seriously.

Kid --don't worry she's not moving. Started to think about my younger days and I agree that it has to be the M/C. Has to be bleeding through itself.
