Question fuel injector removal

Looking to replace fuel injectors, nut sure how they are held in though. any idea's??

they are held in place by a o-ring seal - just pull up hard and they will come out. make sure to replace the seals.

Of course you'll disconnect the fuel line first, right F2P? Then use a rag and vise grip on the unthreaded portion of the injector and pull straight up, straight. Replace all o-rings when you do the injectors. Once in, connect fuel line and bleed the air out by lifting the air sensor plate while ignition is on, then crank the motor over. Should start.

Is this on the MR2 or Ford Escape? You should include the your 911 in your signature... Judging from the answers, you have a 911SC or earllier.

But not too much earlier - Pulling on those MFI injectors is a HUGE waste of time - and energy
