Fiberglass Quality BB or BW?

I decided a couple of week ago on installing Ruf CTR Bumpers on my 77' C3. The only two places I have found to carry them are Better Bodies Motorsport and BW Motorsports. I would like to get feedback on the quality of fiberglass by each or any other I don't know about.

Thank you!

MA Shaw also carries these. I went over to Mike's office a couple weeks ago and ordered a F/G hood for my 78SC. He showed me a YB front FG bumer he had. The work looks flawless. From what I understand he is a bit more but the quality is the best around. I think our host sells these products. I've never seen BB or BW work so I can't coment.

Excuse my ignorance but, what is MA Shaw's number and does he have a website?

I have seen or owned examples of the following comapines work. As far as quality, strength, and fit/finish (prep-work needed) goes, this is how I would rank them:

#1.) GT Racing. www.gt-racing.com

#2.) MA Shaw. www.mashaw.com

#3.) A.I.R. www.americaninternationalracing.com

#4.) BW Motorsports. Brad has no website. (618) 632-6935

#5.) Better Bodies. www.betterbodiesmotorsport.com

you should think about getty design, supplier to many and maker of fantastic carbon/kevlar/glass products.

A long time ago in a galaxy.. oops well well awhile ago getty made 959 kits.. first rate easy fit etc. Rumour has it a cease and desist was issued from porsche.... getty is getting back in the game

I was very satisfied with GT Racing fiber bumpers. My Spoiler was made by RS Design and is also a good piece and very cheap.

FWIW, I bought my 930S front spoiler from NRAuto (www.nrauto.com) and the quality & fit is great. It's Flexible Re-inforced Plastic, which is slightly dearer than Fibreglass.

You really scaring me guys!!

I have just ordered a bumper from Better-Bodies, and the mounting went everything else than easy, letīs say it doesnīt just fit in to bolt on.

It became a lot of sharpening and fitting until it came in the right direction.

But you really scaring me about the quality of fiberglass...

I used BW on mine they were very nice light pieces that fit perfectly. Brad was also very helful and was able to supply nerf bars for some protection of the tub, they fit into the original bumper mounts and are invisable externally.
