Post how do I remove H4s??

Hey,
not to sound like an idiot, but how do I remove my H4 assemblies?? I had info on it before, but can't find it and there isn't anything to unscrew??? I need to put new headlight gaskets in.

thanks,
Eric

Are you talking about the Bosch H4's (the "euro" slanted back ones)?

There is a single screw at the base of the trim ring. Unscrew it, and then the trim ring will pop off, upwards, bottom first. The top sits in a lip/groove.

Sometimes if they've been on there a while, they can be pretty stubborn, but they should hopefully pop out with no great force or prying tools.

Don't break em'!

Good luck,
