Ball & Socket Swaybar link bushes warn out

Hi guys, I have a problem with the ball & socket arrangement on the early-style ('Type #1'?) rear swaybar I have fitted to my 911. The drop link on one side just falls off because the bush is no stuffed. The bar looks like LEFT example:

I would like to find a replacement bush kit to suit an 18mm swaybar of this style. The links and bushes are shown below:

I just want the swaybar to not fall off lol. Any advice would be appreciated!

Cheers

I believe our host sells the bushings, no?

Indeed! I did look previously but missed them - only saw the empty drop links and the cylindrical bushes.

You could always make a connector to adapt the newer style bars to you car.
I did this on my 77 in order to swap in a 22mm bar.

That's a grouse idea, but finding those swaybars in Australia might be a bit more of a challenge...

I actually managed to find some of these little white polyurethane bushes at a local Porsche shop (stuff the >$40 international shipping on two little bushes from our host!) and fitted them last night. With a bit of convincing using the vice and some good F-clamps, they are on. I used no grease as that was recommended, just cleaned everything.
