Not sure what you want to do, however, the Sinsheim museum is always something to see.

Run in the odd years so yes - 2013 (10-22 Sept.) and next year Paris... Hours + drive to the Ring... Hochenheim is not too far away... And of course Porsche Museum Stuttgart is a reasonable distance.

I highly recommend the Porsche museum. They have display of 5 cars that are on rotating platforms that are flush with the floor. The cars rotate in sync but at a very slow speed so that you walk across it and not get tripped up. They also have a 917 engine blown apart like you would see in a parts manual. Another nice thing is that give you a head set that plays in your given language. So when you approach a display you can hear/understand the commentary. The museum is literally across the street from the factory. This is me in front of the museum. When I say in front, I mean the picture was taken with me facing the museum. If you look carefully at the sky bridge you can see 911 bodies going across.
Though, from Frankfurt, Stuttgart is a looong drive, even at autobahn speeds. However it's worth the drive. ![]()
