Question Confusing Air

I checked my tire pressures for the first time since my 3.2 was serviced by my local OPC a couple of weeks ago. The fronts were at 35psi and the rears at 41psi. Tires are Pirelli P700z's.

My manual states that the pressures should be 29 and 36psi respectively.

Does my OPC know something the manual doesn't or are the pressures just too high?

Garage
Did you check them hot or cold?

Hot temps will always be elevated....

I live in Scotland and I'd just reversed out of the garage!
