Oil & Filter change, check tire pressures, set valves, wash & wax...
Materials needed to do this should eat well into the $100 budget.

Take the targa top off, buy some sun block, a few new CDs, a few tanks of gas, and go for a nice long drive...

a 3 foot tall spoiler would make it look fast and certainly go faster. Ask the rice guys. Maybe some stickers on the windows wouldn't hurt either.

My favorite dirt-cheap 'upgrade' is a light-delay circuit for the interior lights. I think it cost less than $10. It keeps the lights on for seven seconds after you close the doors, then has them fade out instead of clicking off.

Silly, but it makes the car feel a tiny bit less old-fashioned.

Before the drive.....

Get some Surflex or Leatherique, pull the seats, and make all that leather look damn fine. Then invite someone fine to share the drive. Then....
