Saw this on youtube and had to post it
This is the Porsche 911 Switzer R750 vs. a Hayabusa. I totally know what I'm getting when I win the lottery.
Suzuki GSX1300 vs Porsche 911 Switzer R750 - YouTube I apologize if this has already been posted. ![]()

I love porsches....but I'm a realist.
if the Busa had even a tenth of the extra money spent on it that the porsche had, it wouldn't even be a race. |

The launch impressed me the most in the video clip.

My wowsa was a comment about the car, sub 11 sec 1/4 mile time. As for the Busa, +10 secs, that's not terribly good. A relatively stock one with an excellent driver can hit sub 10 secs. With any mods and a good driver, the Busa should have one, but it's a cool video to show what a true beast that car is though.

on a garage tour a couple weekends ago our local pca had we stopped at a shop that works almost exclusively on the nissan gt-r. stock they are around $100k and have ~450hp. for another $90k they bump up everything (engine, trans, suspension, exhaust, etc) and can reach 900+hp. freakin amazing. ![]()

What's the name o' the place?
There is a new place near me in Akron that has huge square footage that does tweaking/tuning on newer cars. Just popped up and seems very busy. https://www.facebook.com/smokeysdyno

Switzer Performance | Builders of the world's ultimate turbocharged street cars.Switzer Performance | Builders of the world's ultimate turbocharged street cars.
forgot to mention they recently (this year) moved into that huge, huge space (16 lifts and room for 20+ more). he said the old shop was about the size of the row of parts and wheels and a car or two you see on the far right side. they have already completed more jobs this year than they have in the 5+ years at the old shop. it is really amazing. it felt like it should be the focus of a tv show and sort of reminded me of the old boyd show, only much bigger.
