What is this??

Here is something that the mecanics who repair my 930 have missed I think.

The picture shows a small tank sitting under the left front shield, and I look under the new front shield and this thing is not there, so what is this??

That's the tank for your windshield and headlight washer fluid. The tank for the blinker fluid goes on the other side - make sure they put that one back too!

With the picture sideways its hard to orient yourself.
That's the fuel vapor collector ( there's a real name, it slips me ) in the USA its a charcoal canister. The washer tank hangs below that from the same tab.

Is it damaging to drive without that tank for a while, because the car is ready on Thursday and I dont think I get a tank that quick.

fuel tank expansion tank. you might smell gas fumes without it.

OOOps - I guess the other one is the water tank? My car had 2. Both were heaved to make way for an oil cooler.
