Exclamation Break Pad noise

I got some new break pads and rotors installed by a shop last month. Now when I change direction, the rear pads make a clicking noise (only once).
Basically when I back out of the garage, and then drive off again, the rear brake pads make a clicking noise.
Any ideas? Did they forget to put a shim in there?

thx
Jurgen
