Looking for prev. owners of a 1984 Carrera Targa

Car is originally from Newport Beach California, purchased new by a William Williamson, it was a special order car, painted light yellow with polished fuchs. Also a euro delivery car-

At some point in time it was sold by Pristine Porsche and serviced by Haus of Performance in Costa Mesa California.

What work have you done to find him?

Basic internet searches, the phone number listed was to his old dental office, which is no longer in business. There were 3 owners of this car, I was hoping to find all of them. There cannot be too many light yellow 84 targa out there!
