How will 3.2 heat exchangers fit on a SC ?

I got my hands on a BAE turbo kit and want to try it and so have been looking for a stock SC exhaust without much luck.

Can I use 3.2 heat exchangers instead ?

My car currently has backdated exhaust and heat and I am thinking it should be possible to connect heat ducts to 3.2 heat exchangers ? What do you think ?

the 3.2 HE's have an insert that extends into the port that doesnt fit an sc, but you can cut them out then they will mount up

Thick or thin flange

Some of the SSI have a thick flange, some a thin flange. You might have to replace all of the exhaust studs depending on what you find. Not hard to do, just apply heat in exhaust port next to stud. When the thread locker starts to bubble, just unscrew using a stud puller.

The Carrera inserts can be chiseled out as they have 3 spot welds holding them in place then youre good to go on an SC..thick flange 3.0.

The exhaust flanges are not an issue.

Will the 90 degree bends for the heat ducts from a SC HE fit on a 3.2 HE ? Or, How to connect air inlet to the HE, will the 90 degree bends from a 3.0 HE fit on the 3.2 HE ?

Until today I did not realize right and left HEs are identical
