Hello anybody rebuilt 74 to 77 Turbo or S front calipers?
 

Anybody rebuilt 74 to 77 Turbo or S aluminium calipers? All the rebuild kits show two seals and two piston boot covers. This ATE caliper has a plate with 4 bolts holding it on, where the brake line threads into. I don't see the seal for that in the kit. Help! Photo of my 1975 911S Widebody kit.

You might want to show a pic of the calliper instead of the car :)
I rebuilt S callipers and I did not replace that seal (this was many years ago in another life).
Dont know if this helps or not.

Well po broke off one of those bolts, so weeps brake fluid. To fix it I need that seal!

When I pulled my S-calipers apart I found corrosion and other issues. I priced new pistons, seals, hardware, anodizing, etc and determined it was a good deal to send them to PMB Performane for rebuild. (I never did find that seal that you're looking for.) They came back great!

Put all the parts in a box and send them to Eric Shea @ PMB.

I'd like to, unfortunately I'm disabled and on a fixed income, so if I can fix it with a kit, I will do that.

Fixed budget, brakes, and Porsche are three terms that don't usually go well together.

I believe Stoddard sells the seal.

If you have a lot of pitting on your pistons your rebuild will not last long which is why people suggest PMB.. They do excellent work.

Zero pitting, they look great except for broken off bolt.

Take your caliper to a machine shop if you've no experience removing broken bolts with heat and extractor, etc.

Yeah, I'll take it to a shop, don't have a vice to hold it steady or I'd do it. 37 years in the oil & gas industry, 4 of those years as mechanic, technician. From weed wacker to 20 cylinder EMDs,10,000 horsepower GE gas turbins, and nearly everything in between. I'm down to 22 vehicles from a high of 28. I became disabled and have had to sell some cars. Sold 80 Ferrari 400 gt, 69 vette, 65 MB 230 SL, 944 Turbo, 356 Speedster kit,
, 88 Lotus Turbo Esprit, 68 Cougar, 39 Mercury Sport Coupe, oh wait still a partner in that, so as you can see it's not a slippery slope for me, I'm seriously addicted. Thanks again,

I'd strongly recommend ATE silicone brake paste or equivalent on reassembly.
