Noob needs Help

Need some help with what looked to me like a simple problem...but I'm clueless as to best way to fix this right the first time. Any help/hints appreciated. Does it require a special screw to re-attach? Is there a best way to attach the edge of the carpet that runs along the bottom edge of the pocket? Thanks in advance.

Remove black block with screw that is in the direction of the white horizontal line (In the pic)

Find a screw that will bite into the door hole and has a head that fits in the big hole of the block. Screw the block to the door first.

Here is that screw if you want to order it:

Big screw is 900 143 046 07 "Tapping Screw B 4,8 X 19" (Vertical line in pic)

999 591 103 17 - washer between bottom of door screw head and carpet/panel

900 269 058 07 is screw for the bottom of the doors - 3 per side thru 84. "Countersunk-head screw M4 X 25"

The above instructions are perfect. I did this fix about a month ago. The detached and hanging pocket on my driver's side would bug the **** out of me every time I opened and closed the door. The few dollars that I spent on the screws and black mounting block made a big difference in the car's appearance to me.

If you don't already have it, I came across a PDF on this site of the parts catalog with diagrams, for the 1984 - 1986 Carreras. I found that catalog to be very helpful for such projects.
