Dear folks,
I'm looking at a '79 Targa in Kennebunk, Maine. The only shop near there is Foreign Intrigue in Berwick, where the car has been serviced before. (It would be silly worrying about a conflict of interest there, wouldn't it?) The history of the car is such, that an informal PPI (for which I'd gladly pay) might just be sufficient. Regards Daniel |

Ask the owner if it's okay to review the shop's service records with the car. I had a local shop do this once and learned quite a lot real quick.

I'm a little over an hour north of Kennebunk. I'd be happy to check out the car for you, though it probably wouldn't be until late next week or early the following week. You could also try getting in touch with Ralph or Paul at Performance Plus in Old Orchard Beach (15-20 minutes away) 207-934-7090
