Thanks for all the tips. It's been cold and snowy/icy lately, so I haven't driven the car much. I did replace the flywheel sensors and had a chance to get the car good and warm and go for a nice hard test drive.

The dramatic powerslide I did while turning right on the little highway on-ramp would suggest that the problem is resolved. So far, the sensors do seem to have been the culprit.

If the problem returns, change out your fuel pump relay. Had this similar issue once before, turned out the relay had broken solder joint and would exhibit cutout in a right hand turn.
