Finding one in the USA will be tough but lots of European countries use 220 and household current.

Since they convert from ac to dc I would think most of the newer ones would work. My Apple laptop only changes the plug wire.
The CTEK chargers are very good.

I just put a call into our distributor for CTEK chargers. They're excellent (they're an OEM for Porsche) and offer a bunch of different options that should work with 220v. I'll send you a PM when I get a response from him.

CTEK MSX10
See: MXS 10

On a few Safari's in S. Africa I noteiced that they were using these for their dual battery set-ups for the safair vehicles.

One more reason Pelican Parts is the go to source for our cars. Excellent customer service!

Did you search in the Pelican on line catalog ?
Here they sell 3 models that work with 220 V.
One is the CTEK-56-308
CTEK MXS 5.0 Test and Charge 220v EU Battery Analyzer/Charger
Just search for Ctek in the search Pelican parts (above) and you will find it.
