rear deck alignment

Put new shocks on (2), and it was waaay too much oomph for the rear deck (no tail). In fact it was almost impossible to close the lid, and when the release was pulled the deck popped up on its own. Removed one and it is much better. But now I need to do a bit of alignment to the rear deck. A search of the archives had Ryan talking about putting in new rubber stops and adjusting them to get the deck flush. How does one adjust the stops? It looks like they just pop in place.

Hey Nostatic...the bumber stops actually are cork screwed.. so you can adjust them in or out till you achieve the proper adjustment.. grasp it and give it a turn..in or out..
