You can try PJ at aaall states auto transport I have used them a couple times and no issues.
They are a broker that subs out to drivers. 866 342 1082

I also live in Washington and have used Reliable transport and they are great. Very professional and helpful. I only used closed trailer shipping now as the few times I have used open I had damage and was unable to get the carrier insurance to pay for it. Then I started using reliable and have have great success.
